On the 17 December 2020 I made an on line payment transaction from my ANZ Pensioner Advantage account to a person who has an account with the Bank of Queensland. I followed and gave all the necessary information – to date the recipient has not received the deposit into her bank account. Please advise what I should do as I am in South Africa and I cannot use the helpline number because of the 8 hour difference in our time zone. Your help will be greatly appreciated

If I open a joint account, do both people need to receive a pension, or is only my husband’s age pension enough?

    • admin

      January 21, 2021

Hi Janice, I would assume both applicants need to receive a pension for this type of account. I recommend that you go in branch and ask prior to opening an account.

Hi Wijitha, yes, as long as you have the funds available in your account. Checking the home affairs site. It looks like they accept for payment: Credit Card, PayPal, UnionPay and BPAY. You should be able to BPAY out of your ANZ account.
